Training

Get your team on it, not just yourself

Two hours of onboarding come with the plan, and we spend them setting your school up with you rather than handing you a manual.

If your instructors and your front desk need more than that, we run support packs to train them. We size those with you on the call: a school with two instructors and one with twelve do not need the same thing.

Before you decide

No, and that is deliberate. Splitting the platform into tiers would mean the parts stop talking to each other, which is the whole reason Kapay exists. One school, one price, everything connected.

Not with the size of your season. The fee is per school, so more students, more lessons or another instructor do not move it. If your school is unusual, say several locations, raise it on the call and we will be straight with you.

Yes. There are short videos of every module with no sign-up. And a demo call is around twenty minutes, with your real week on screen and no commitment.

Private beta. Kapay is functional and in daily use inside a real school, and it is being validated and simplified before opening to external schools. If you want to be among the first, the demo is the place to start.

The first two hours of onboarding come with the plan. Beyond that we offer support packs to train your instructors and your front desk, priced separately and sized to your team. Raise it on the call and we will tell you what yours would need.

There is no minimum term and no penalty. Your data is yours, so ask us on the call what you would need to take with you and we will tell you what we can do today rather than promise something we have not built.
